For Fall 2026, Chloé explores the deeply personal art of getting dressed — a daily ritual that transforms clothing into an intimate expression of individuality. Building on the Maison’s evolving codes and signatures, the collection celebrates the instinctive gestures through which every woman shapes her own style.
Titled Female Trouble, the collection draws inspiration from Bettina Rheims’ portraits of womanhood and Erica Lennard’s Les Femmes, Les Sœurs, embracing ideas of femininity, sisterhood and individuality. Through this portrait-driven perspective, each woman emerges as a distinct presence, expressing strength, grace and authenticity through movement and attitude.
A deliberate play of proportion defines the collection. Garment-dyed workwear and denim meet draped leather Basque belts, architectural knits, fluid blouses and delicate lace lingerie tops. Maxi belts sculpt the waist, while statement flou brings movement and spontaneity. Cropped leather jackets introduce structure, creating contrasts between fluidity and precision, shine and matte finishes, transparency and opacity.
Color becomes another form of self-expression. Strong primary shades and vivid hues enrich Chloé’s signature palette of nude, apricot, ecru and navy, while soft rose and pistachio meet jewel tones of sapphire and amber in unexpected combinations.
Sensual, self-assured and instinctive, Female Trouble celebrates dressing without rules — where texture, proportion and color come together to transform the everyday act of getting dressed into a portrait of the self.
