elegant neoclassical building set in the square that hosts the cathedral of Novara. Originally brought to life by the visionary
architect Vittorio Gregotti, the space underwent a recent transformation under the direction of Ercole Cellino, who took
over the boutique in 2017 from the Greppi family. Continuing a family legacy deeply rooted in fashion retail, Ercole has ushered in a new era for Il Duomo — rebranding the women’s section, introducing a dedicated menswear space, launching an e-commerce platform, and expanding the brand’s presence on social media and the Farfetch marketplace.

Ercole's passion for fashion was inherited from his mother and grandmother, who owned a network of twelve multi-brand stores across Cagliari and Costa Smeralda. Over the years, this passion has been nurtured through education, a flair for experimentation, and a keen eye for innovation.
Guided by instinct, a forward-thinking approach, close attention to emerging media, and a deep respect for the boutique’s heritage, Ercole has helped transform Il Duomo into a landmark not only for long-time loyal clients, but also for millennials seeking out the latest trends.
