NENSI DOJAKA - An Antidote for Lockdown
As an appropriate antidote for the woes of last year’s lockdown , London based designer & LVMH Prize winner Nensi Dojaka created a spring summer collection built around the concept of liberation. With a sensual and sophisticated approach, the designer imagined a wardrobe for a woman who evolves out of quarantine like a butterfly blooming from its cocoon by way of luxury. This included dresses with petal-like bras, twisted georgette tops , tops with plunging backs, tailored jackets, some with separate sleeves, rib knit dresses. Her famous tights make a statement of their own, and the entire ensemble is a play on lingerie as ready to wear in a way that makes the wear feel confident , sophisticated and sexy.
